– Stroll the shops & businesses of Downtown White Bear Lake and check out the amazing scarecrows – and pay attention as you will get to vote for your favorites for a chance to win a Bear Basket full of items donated by our wonderful businesses!
Polka + Pumpkins in the Park
Saturday, September 23rd 1:00 – 4:00pm
– At Railroad Park, 4th and Highway 61, pumpkin painting for the kiddos (free while supplies last) and polka music!
Bring your dancing partner or a lawn chair, however you prefer to enjoy polka music!
